About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I went to A&E recently due to pain in my back. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, answering questions regarding our wait (which was 2 hours) and just generally being lovely! I didn't catch her name unfortunately.

I then saw Alison (nurse?) who gave me a very thorough check over, explained everything she was looking for and made sure I was okay when I had to wait for blood test results.

Usually people are quick to complain about bad treatment, but I am happy to see this webpage and form so that I can let MPH know about good treatment and leave a compliment!
