"Excellent care, cant fault it"

What I liked

I was a day patient i had an endoscopy, nurses were great, set my mind @ ease, didnt wait long in the waiting area, was lead to a bed within minutes, went down for endoscopy, which in itself was awful, however nurses were excellent, very reassuring

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

Cant fault them I received excellent care

I have sent your feedback to the manager and staff of the Day Case Unit, where you were treated. It's fantastic to hear that you received such great care from our staff, but we will investigate your issues with cleanliness and same-sex accommodation in the service.
