What I liked

The staff was very polite, friendly, and respectful. I felt I was treated like an individual and felt well looked after before and after the procedure.

What could be improved

I would have liked to have seen the consultant just for 5 minutes after the procedure. It may not be common practice, but it would have answered some questions I had about initial after care, and avoid some anxieties and concerns in the days that followed the surgery until the follow-up appointment.

Anything else?

Overall, I am very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of staff, and standard of care in this hospital: from the orthopeadics department and the consultants, obe in particular, to radiology and MRI, and Day Care surgery.
