"What services do they offer?"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

What could be improved

The staff will only see you if they consider your ailment to be a “medical emergency”. A request for ear syringing due to continuous headaches and sleepless nights does not enter this category. If they are unable to offer the simplest of medical attention, who knows what services they do offer.

The surgery was completely empty on a Sunday morning (at 9am). However, there are numerous medical staff on hand waiting to pass judgement on your medical emergency, but unable to help me.

If you do need medical assistance, I would advise you go to A&E.
