What I liked
To be honest with you from my own experience of the nhs service I couldnt fault the service at all ....I was having bad nose bleeds 8 in a week and right from being bought in by ambulance 24th october pm to a&e I recieved excellent treatment....The a&e team who was on 24thoctober kept me up to date and when I left there after my blood tests I was told to return back in there next morning to be reffered to ent .
Eventually after seeing the triag nurse she was reassuring that I would be seen that day by someone .After I saw an a&e doctor he reffered me to ent and took some more blood.... After blood reults I went to ent someone came and collected me and took me there!
I saw a doctor who said I would recieve an appointment and advised me .
On wednesday25th october I recieved an appointment for friday 28th same week!
I attended yesterday and recieved again very good care from my Consultant and her nurse.My treatment has been outstanding and I would be happy to back this up at any time .......A big thank you
What could be improved
People in a&e that didnt need to be the staff are already busy enough !
