"So grateful"

We have been with Highgate Group Pracice for some thirty odd years and have always happy with the doctors and nurses. Flexible, caring and when needed available and so helpful. Recently I had cause to have real concern about an infection - my named doctor was away but was seen by someone else who explained it all well and booked me in to see a colleague the next day. His approach and care were great and he booked me in to see him again. I have one more appointment to track the infection.

In past years I would have said the thing that used to drag down the Practice was the quality of the receptionists- often rude, never friendly and would never go out of their way to help. BUT that’s all changed in the last year or so - they are now responsive, polite, go to a lot of trouble to help and it’s a pleasure talking with them. Thank you - Gwyneth Mason
