What could be improved

ward 20 is disgusting, you never be seen to just have to wait for ages to get a bed on the ward when you do get one it,s just the same the medication i was on i could take paracetomal at home it is disgusting the care you get it,s like asking for gold. i was put on to ward 26 which there was no bed s in my original ward after my surgery i asked a male staff im in a lot of pain he replyed back to me saying there is nothing i can do you should not be on this ward!!!!!!!!!! this is the care you get
