What could be improved

I have been to moorfields for many appointments after a simple operation was unsuccessful. depending on who you see i am given very different explanations as to why i am experiencing problems. I have had to do my own research and due to my asking for corrective surgery feel bullied by the medical staff, they say 1 thing then change the goal posts at the next appointment. My sight is getting worse and feel Moorfields do not care am seriously thinking about going elsewhere. I wonder if the 5000 plus appointments that were not kept last year are due to other patients experiencing the same as myself.

PALS had a laize faire attitude when i spoke to them...........thought they were advocates for us patients !!
