"Just want to change my appointment!!!!"

I have an appointment for August to see the consultant to review all my test results. I have had all my tests done and all I want to do it change my appointment to get these results.
I have called everyday as all different times for a week. Left several messages and still nothing.
I work in the medical profession and all it takes is a quick call back to put peoples mind at rest. I think I'm going to have to do down to the clinic to change my appointment if they don't get back to me soon
