What I liked

My mother was taken to City by Ambulance with suspected heart attack, treated with respect and dignity in what at times was a very busy and stressfull night.

Very pleasant paramedics and medical staff

What could be improved

Not much due to time of evening and constraints of being a very busy place

Anything else?

Thank you for all that the City Hospital has done for me and my Family over many years (it is our local Hospital as its only 3 mile from our home).

Before we slag off the NHS think what we would be like without it.
