"Excellent all round care on Meavy Ward"

I recently underwent an Abdominal Sacrocolpopexy operation and was taken to Meavy Ward for post op care.

The whole experience which was daunting as a patient, went like clockwork from the point of admission on Fal Ward, the walk to theatre & all the followup care.

The process of after care with the surgeon, the critical care team, the ward doctors and every member of ward staff encountered was top class and amazing.

The whole team approach adopted was faultless and I really felt safe and in excellent hand for my care.

I was most impressed also by the standard of cleanliness of Meavy Ward and the diligence of all of the staff involved in this.

The meal choice was excellent once appetite returned.

I thank you all for a brilliant but hopefully once in a lifetime experience which I will look back on with sincere thanks to you all.
