What I liked
I was very nervous on arriving for my procedure but was met by friendly professional staff who put me at ease by taking the time to talk to me and giving me some space and time to reflect on the information.
During the procedure the staff were great and helped me when I needed it with little or no communication from myself, offering help before I actually had to ask which made all the differance.
They were quick on getting me back up on my feet and I left the hospital feeling valued and cared about.
During my time there i noted that the Hospital ward was spotless, including the toilets and beds it was very pleasant to be in and it was obvious great pride was had by the cleaner and staff.
What could be improved
Than you so much and keep up the good work
