"Excellent"

What I liked

My treatment at St Mary's Colposcopy unit was excellent. I was texted to remind me of my appointment. On arrival I was met by a nurse who explained who I would be seeing and checked if I was happy with this. I was seen before my appointment time (waited aprox 5-10mins) and everyone involved in my care was up to speed with my previous appointments and discussions.

I had treatment options explained to me and made a decision that I was happy with.

This has been the case with all (four) appointments I have had at the unit.

I really can't praise them highly enough.
