1 cannot get appointment for weeks.
2 doctor hesitate to give you medicine as if they are paying from their on pocket.
3 same goes for any blood test.
4 for some reason doctors think all the patients are from village and are tottaly unaware of human anatomy.
Over subscribed by greed hence everyone suffer with long appointments dates.
5 rude and over patronising.
Cannot understand if I am ill and need medication now, how can you possibly ask to come and see the doctor after 7 days. This is a joke..
Amazing we live in 2017 in UK.

Dear Patient,
We are not sure that this is actually our practice as there are two practices in Surrey Docks Health Centre. However, we take patient concerns seriously and would like to invite you to see our practice manager David. Please contact Rassanna who will arrange an appointment for you, your views are important to us and we will be having a Patient Participation Group Meeting.
