What I liked

The staff were extremely polite, helpful & courteous & looked after me very well. Although the procedure was uncomfortable, it was explained in detail beforehand & I was able to talk it through & ask any questions. I was reassured about what needed to be done & supported throughout & afterwards with great kindness. The doctor explained his findings thoroughly. I could not have been treated any better.
