What I liked
Treated by a Consultant and her team in Endoscopy Suite. Extremely professional in every way and made feel at ease from start. Team spoke perfect English and explained everything in as much detail as needed..
Provided a drink and biscuit imediately after treatment.
Was even given a typed letter explaining what had been done and found immediately afterwards.
Patient experience - Excellent
This contrasts starkly with my horrendous experiences at Lincoln County hospital A & E with my mother in law last month..
My confidence with Newark and the the NHS is now restored.
