My father received excellent care at Crocus ward. The staff were nice, attentive and hard working. In particular, the consultant provided exceptional kindness and ease of mind for my whole family. Thank you.

My name is Farai and I am the Engagement & Experience Co-ordinator for the Trust. Thank you very much for sharing the positive experience your father had on Crocus ward.
I am glad to read that the whole team were able to put your family at ease with regards to the care and treatment your father was receiving. This is a great example of superb team work and please be assured that I will be passing on this story to the Crocus ward manager so that they are all made aware.
