"Excellent service"

I called the surgery today and spoke to a very friendly receptionist she was helpful and knowledgeable and offered me various options. I did not need an appointment but the Doctor called me within a couple of hours gave me more advice over the phone and a prescription was waiting within minutes. What a fabulous service. This is a positive example of how well a GPs surgery can be run without wasting the Doctors or my time. Thank you and keep up the good work.
