I had a colonoscopy today at the centre and I cannot praise the staff enough.
I was anxious when I got there and as soon as I was greeted by the nurse I immediately felt calmer.
She talked me through the procedure and kept on reassuring me.
The staff who were present when the procedure took place were excellent and very caring.
It was evident how much they cared about the wellbeing of each and every patient. Thank you.
