What I liked

once I was seen the consultant was surperb

What could be improved

very long waiting time even with an appointment, department very crowded, not enough doctors at clinic, plenty of nurses and admin staff but not enough doctors

Anything else?

not nearly enough disabled parking at the hospital, all the bays were full, had to walk too far caused unnecessary pain and discomfort.

The eye clinic needs more resourses. There also seem to be rumors that it will close entirely, where will people go, how far will I have to travel?

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment and in particular to raise issues of concern to you. We are going to increase the number of disabled car parking spaces on site. We do clearly appreciate that the eye clinic is very busy and there needs to be more room for patients. We are alooking at how we can make these improvements as quickly as possible.
