"Poor Service"

About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

Having a bad time. Asked for calls back no one actually has. Been attached to my phone all evening. I actually feel safer out of the service than in it! Can’t be let down then. It’s disappointing that services can still be able to insinuate that it’s the patient in the wrong.
