What I liked
The nursing staff both pre- and post-procedure were professional and courteous, and even relaxed and humourous once a rapport had been established. The angiogram was expertly conducted and the diagnosis (not the best news to hear!) communicated in a calm and reassuring manner whilst being professional and 'matter of fact' about what had to be done and why.
What could be improved
The waiting time before a bed was available. Appointment 10.00 (and of course I arrived early!), bed 14.30, procedure 13.30.
Anything else?
It is a clever trick to make the cardiology patients walk such a long way from the main entrance, we need the exercise lol!
