What I liked
I visited A&E (08/10/11) after a self-harm injury & was worried how they would deal with me. The nurse who assessed me was compassionate, understanding and made me feel unembarrassed. I needed stitches, which the doctor did professionally and I was shocked at how well I was treated. Overall waiting time for 4 stitches was 2 hours.
