As stated above; I am undertaking this Review as Text Alerted I received, with Web Site Link prevented, myself completing a Survey, due to a System's Error and I didn't want to miss the opportunity of providing well deserved Positive Feedback.
I attended a scheduled appointment with Specialist Nurse at 10.10 a.m. last Thursday, 14th. June, 2018 to undertake a semi Diabetic Review and to undertake Blood Tests.
I have always found this nurse and her Colleagues very helpful and supportive, as I do with my G.P., and, mustn't forget, the Receptionists, whom also deserve justifiable praise.
