What I liked

Nothing at all. there was 1 friendly nurse out of my dad's whole 3 week stay

What could be improved

Cleanliness; could have changed my dad's bedsheets during his awful stay! better performance and cleanliness in surgery. Staff should care about their patients, not speak over them or many times stand around chatting amongst themselves ignoring patients asking for help. They could explain procedures better and make sure the patient understands procedures and risks 100%

Anything else?

I am disgusted by the surgical ward in general at this hospital. However my families experience is only limited to the surgeons and the nurses on the wards. I'd strongly reccomend St Albans for surgery, they almost managed to fix the mess Watford General caused.
