What I liked

I'd like to say a huge thanks to all the staff on Ward 5 (ENT), you guys were wonderful, especially putting up with me being a complete pain by wanting to go home immediately *laughs* I was given full information and reassurance at every stage of the procedure, and following, and what anyone would expect to be a traumatic experience was actually quite pleasant. Love you all, Roy
