What I liked

From moment of pre op assessment to operation I was treated efficiently and with courtesy and dignity--staff were at all times helpful and kind---I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

What could be improved

Lighting in waiting area could be brighter, but area under refurb, I understand, struggling to find other comments !
