"Disrespect from staff"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency

I understand the wards are short staffed but there is no need for how they speak and treat to patience especially ward 2 bay 5. A number of times we buzzed 5 or more times for 2 different elderly patience in very poor health. 1 was bed bound and needed assistance with the toilet. The other person was very poorly and due to the due diligence of nurses led to the patient being taken to intensive care in life threatening condition. Something needs to be done. As a patient it was distressing to see and not be able to help
