"My Experience at Empress unit."

Today I had an appointment at The Empress unit to check on a possible breast lump. To say I was nerves is an understatement. The unit was very welcoming, I was seen on time by the breast specialist nurse. She was kind, caring, very professional and efficient. She took all my medical information and then she gave me a full examination she explained the procedure and what would  happen.

 I then had a mammogram and  an ultrasound. At each step of the process I was treated with respect, dignity and kindness. I cannot compliments the staff enough, they are a credit to your hospital
