What I liked

I wish to say how excellently the Consultant Urologist, dealt with me on my recent clinic appointment. He had read my notes, and gave me up to date information. He reviewed things succinctly, but included me in his thought process. He looked at me as he talked, and treated me as though I was a thoughtful patient. After 2 weeks his very clear summary report was typed and forwarded to me.

This clinic visit was far more satisfactory than several urology clinic visits over the past 6 years, during which time the Trust has twice failed to make the next appointment for me.
