What I liked

I was extremely anxious about coming in to hospital for surgery, but from the moment I entered the TAU to leaving the ward 48 hours later I was treated excellently. I am extremely proud of our health service and all doctors and nurses working within it. I will never be scared again to come into hospital. I didnt get the name of my aneisitice but he was fab!! and put me at ease immediatley, My consultant was absoluteley wonderful as a person and extremeley skilled as a surgeon, she showed much concern and care over my sensitive issues. I am eternally gratefull to her for making me feel well again! All nurses I came into contact with were happy to help me in any way and looked after me so well. The ward staff were friendly and the cleaners were friendly too!

What could be improved

The only thing that I feel could have been slightly improved was the food, I enjoyed some of it but most was not very hot (maybe its me as I can only eat my food pipng hot!) I understand the trolly visits lots of wards and bays on its travels so I appreciate its impossible to get hot food everywhere!

Excellent staff...Excellent Care...Excellent Hospital!
