"Fathers care ."

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My father was transferred on Monday to spend one night in care after an eye op .That took place in Canterbury.Where was the infection control? He was operated in his clothes under a general anaesthetic transferred to Ashford around 7pm.Took to a ward and told that's your bed in the corner and told that don't bother to get changed get into bed as you are!So he spent the night fully dressed .No curtains pulled around so he could change. He is 89 and some times in continent of faeces. How is that the way to look after a vulnerable

Adult who has eye sight issues and is hard of hearing.Sadly let down by people who are supposed to have compassion .
