I visited my relative in hospital on a Saturday and he wanted the toilet when their partner tried to find a nurse she found them alright but they were more interested in there mobile phones than patients under there care it took a buzzer to tear them away from there phones. the nurses sit in a room and if you buzz them their looks would kill.... my relative is scared to ask for the toilet because the nursing staff become annoyed and arrogant this is not the acceptable nurses are so called trained professionals I would say professional they are not!!!!! as for the food it was left in the corridor for about an hour before it was served and the food is so hard that my relative with his reduced mobility in his arm would not be able to cut without help would the staff help feed him or anyone else no of course not they would prefer texting than doing there jobs yet again public money wasting away.
