"Properly Looked After On Every Visit"

I've been treated by Crombie House on and off for 7 years now and can honestly say the care has always been excellent.

The staff are always caring, considerate, understanding, non-judgemental and most importantly they're genuine. Everything is always explained in full and I am involved in the decision making from start to finish. I always feel like an equal when I visit and leave with a positive outlook and clear direction of what's going to happen next. The doctors are very knowledgeable and even though I've seen different doctors throughout my time with them, I've rarely had to repeat myself. You feel like a person there and not a number in the system.

My only complaint would be the length of waiting lists and slipping organisation in recent months. This is largely due to staff moving around within the service and it's led to communications breaking down in places. Overall though this isn't anything more than minor inconvenience and I would thoroughly recommend them.
