"Very rude staff"

Arrived with my husband for his eye test his appointment was for 8.40am we arrived just before 8.30am after we got a taxi over.The gates were locked we stood outside untill 8.40 am this very rude unpleasant woman dressed in ordinary clothes opened it never said hello or sorry we kept you waiting outside. I asked her what time do you open?She said sharply about now, then said well what time was your appointment at horrid person next time we will be going private I always though the NH S were under pressure now I have a different opinion of there service. Will be going private next time
