Staff are not interested. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment on my mental health and then was kept waiting over 30mins after that. Told to make an appointment with mind. Tried to staff wasn't interested as it was getting late. Sorry you made me wait so long...

and then I tried to call up the next day and told they'd call me back in a few minutes. Waited half an hour.. So called back. They said hang on. And hung up on me.. So I called back a third time to be told "Oh..

Thank you for your comments, we are sorry that your recent experience with Woodend Health Centre has impacted on you. Unfortunately there will be times when the GP's clinic's may be running late, you must appreciate that this will not be the GP's doing but the fact that the GP may have a patient in with them with complex conditions or are requiring emergency services. Woodend Health Centre does have a Counsellor who provides services for MIND once a week. You are able to book an appointment with the Reception Staff. It is unfortunate that you feel the staff at the surgery were not as attentive as you would have liked as they are aware of how to react to the needs of the patients they serve. This subject will be discussed at our Practice Meeting and we will learn from it and improve.
