"Trying to get my Meds"

I walked to the surgery yesterday to order a prescription for my tablets and was told it would be ready to collect next morning. I have just walked all the way back this morning to collect my prescription only to be told" it is not ready come back this afternoon" this is not how a surgery should be run. The receptionists are very rude to people. There is only one good receptionist. Two particular receptionists either need training or sacking.
