"Tonsil removal - outwood ward"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

My son had a tonsillectomy yesterday.

The ward (Outwood) was very clean. The nurse who looked after us was very kind, the staff who administered my sons anaesthetic were very fantastic in putting my mind at rest - his heart rate went high) the ENT consultant who visited me on the ward to lnform us that the operation went well was very informative ( a lady - sadly I’m not sure if her name) very impressed with our experience at ESH. Thank you to all of the staff. I hope that they get to see this feedback.
