(as a service user),

I was referred to the Ealing Primary care Mental Health Service following a period of depression. I had been in an emotionally abusive relationship but decided to stop taking antidepressants and so had some counselling to support me during this transition. My confidence and self worth were at rock bottom but in the last 5 months with the help of the team I have been able to re-build my life and understand and cope with my feelings in a much better way. I totally feel like they have my back and will continue to support me for as long as I need it. Thank you for being there for me.
