"Cancelled operation twice at last minute by UHW Cardiff"

I had an operation booked I turned up and sat all day with no food or drink only to be told y op was cancelled due to an emergency coming in so I got dressed and went home. I didn’t get a new date for my op so nearly 2 years later I contacted te hosanna and asked what was happening. I was called back to the clinic and had an apology from the consultant and was put on the urgent list. 3 weeks down the line I was given a call by the consultants secretary saying my op was scheduled for 2days down the line. She added I was 2nd on the theatre list. When I phoned up about bed availability as instructed I was told I wasn’t on the list for theatre and they would look into it. After speaking with the consultant they said I was on the theatre list but was last. I sat again all day nil by mouth until 4. 15 and was told my op was cancelled again. I might also add over these 2 episodes I have lost over £600. 0 in wages what can I do. ? I am devastated to say the least how could they do this to me.
