What I liked
The view from the ward window over leeds despite the dirty windows
What could be improved
Nursing staff who actually care rather than form filling automatons.
I was amazed how little genuine care and compassion was received by myself or I observed being given to others during my 4 night stay.
Non of the nursing staff seemed bothered to find out how I was managing or coping on the ward, it seemed as long as they did their required routine checks and processes, then that would do.
They would do things that they were asked to do but never looked to help.
The lack of physiotherapy treatment. I was meant to receive neurophysiotherapy as part of my care and had 2 brief contacts.
Anything else?
Food was not very appealing.
"I disappointing lack of joined up real patient..."
