What I liked

I arrived in the emergency department with a serious head injury. The staff involved in my care from the ambulance onward were superb. the care was excellent and they kept my wife informed which helped her in such a traumatic time. I was on ward 28 and my treatment was excellent as well. please can you convey my gratitude to all staff involved in my care.

What could be improved

The ct scanner kept on breaking down which delayed my diagnosis.
