"ANGIOPLASTY or Stent operation ( in layman's terms)"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiology & Coronary Care Unit

(as the patient),

Recently I attended at the Medical day centre, ERI for an Angioplasty.I was well impressed by the efficiency of the n/shift staff who had booked me in for the main event b4 0750 hrs.

On arrival intro the Medical day unit the 3 staff nurses, Abbey , Viv and Sam immediately made me feel totally at ease . The entire procedure was explained in such great detail that I actually believed that all three had had the opp themselves!!!

The ward was clean and tidy , The porter, Ian happily conveyed me through to the operating theatre where I met twae Joans and Doctor Neary.

I have not cashed in any NHS vouchers for 30years, (lucky man some would say), I almost immediately noticed an improvement, confirmed today when I 're entered my local gym and found an exercise programme almost 10% easier,

Dear The Hawick Hackney,

Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch with us through Care Opinion further to attending for an Angioplasty.

I am really pleased to read that you were made to feel totally at ease by the staff there and will ensure that your great feedback is passed on; Abbey, Viv, Sam, Ian, the twae Joans, the nightshift staff, and Doctor Neary will be really pleased to receive all of this feedback.

Thank you very much again and very best wishes to you.

Pamela
