We would like to express our appreciation of the excellent service we received from the staff in your urgent Care Department on Saturday 2nd June.
This commenced from the moment we walked through the door when we were greeted by a member of staff who provided us with a wheelchair. He had seen my husband hopping across the car park due to a foot injury, they then proceeded to help us check in using the
i pad.
We then only had to wait for 10 minutes before seeing the triage nurse. Surprisingly we were called in to see a senior nurse some 10 to 15 minutes later. They were able to provide us with information regarding my husbands injury, together with a pair of crutches.
The whole experience from parking the car taking less than 45 minutes.
Thank you for providing prompt, professional and friendly service, people are always quick to complain, so thought we would let people know what a great experience we received.
