"Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere"

About: Leeds Dental Hospital

What I liked

I was aware that for the walk in clinic you have to arrive early to avoid a big queue so i arrives at the clinic at about 7.50, thinking id just sit outside and read a magazine while waiting. I was pleasantly surprised that the waiting area was already open so i was able to sit inside after taking ticket number 1 from the machine.

The reception opened at 8.45 and i was called up almost straight away and sent to the right department, where i only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen.

The student who examined me was incredibly friendly and polite. I told her how terrified of dentists i am and she made sure i was as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunately i had to have a tooth extracted, but the student and the supervisors were very kind and looked after me very well. The procedure went well and i have had no problems with the affected area since so far.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

I will definitely be coming here again whenever i have emergency problems with my teeth.

A terrifying experience was made much more bearable by some lovely staff!

Thanks :)
