What I liked
My experience with the physiotherapist was first class. Excellent!
What could be improved
The receptionists' manner and attitude.
I attended the hospital at 11.15 today 30/09/11. The receptionist was very unfriendly and I got the impresion that I had interrupted her work on the computer. There was no smile or greeting, simply a scowl and advice that I should follow the signs to physiotherapy. The receptionists' role is important as it is the first point of contact for the patient and sets the tone for the rest of the visit. My experience this morning left me feeling irritated that I hadn't been treated with friendliness and respect. I was unable to determine the receptionists' name
But I'm sure you will able to determine who the person was. This isn't the first time that I've been greeted in this way by this receptionist and I feel that they would benefit from customer service training. Please treat this email as a formal complaint.
"Excellent apart from the receptionist."
