I attended TGH for my second hip replacement, I couldn’t have been treated any better if I’d have gone private in fact that’s just how I was made to feel, the TLC was wonderful! From all the Doctors Nurses and staff, , Nothing was to much trouble day or night no matter how busy the ward got the level of care did not decrease in anyway.

I’m sure my recovery will be that much quicker given all the advice help and information I was given on my discharge.

We were pleased to read that you thought nothing was too much trouble for the staff and that your care and treatment was wonderful. We were also pleased to note that the quality of care did not suffer even though the ward was busy. We can assure you that your thoughts have been passed on to the Matron responsible for Ward 12 who has shared your comments with the staff and teams involved with your care.
