"The switchboard for lewisham hospital are too..."

About: University Hospital Lewisham

I wasn’t aware that I needed to state a specific department just to change my general contact details (phone number) for the hospital, the woman on the line was extremely patronizing and annoyingly condescending and completely just put me off calling back the hospital again.

Learn how to chat to people and be personable. Sort it out. I believe in this hospital but too many a time is there some out of orderness in regards to communication.
