What I liked

I have been treated by King's renal department since November 2007. I can honestly say that the care has always been outstanding. The nurses and doctors treat me as an individual and constantly work to ensure that my treatment is working with my lifestyle.

What could be improved

Nothing can be improved, the unit provides exceptional care.

Anything else?

The improvement of the administration would help the team to work more efficiently.
