"The lovely care given to my mum"

(as a relative),

My mum was admitted to Mearnskirk House for end of life care. I cannot thank the staff enough for the kind care, compassion and attention she and our family were given. I am sure the staff (Janet, Cathy, Susan, Pauline and Stuart, to name a few) go above and beyond to make a sad journey bearable. As if they don't have enough to do they supply you with endless tea, coffee, biscuits and even jam tarts (thanks Susan x). Such a sad time but a happy and caring environment. Thank you kindly from the bottom of my heart for looking after my mum and looking out for my dad. Kind regards x

Dear Princess Fiona

I am so sorry to hear about your Mum.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to share you feedback at this difficult time. I am pleased to read about the staff’s kindness, compassion and attention and I hoped this provided comfort to you and your family.

I will share your kind words with the staff in Mearnskirk House and I am sure that they will appreciate your kind words.

My thoughts are with you and your family.

Take care

Nicole
